Today was day two of Project Humble: A week-long adventure in giving back. If you haven’t read the other two posts about Project Humble, you’ll want to read:

Skylar’s task for the day was to create a t-shirt about something that inspires her. After creating her design, she was to find an organization that stand for something she believes in. 50% of the proceeds made from her t-shirt design will go to the organization of her choosing.
She used Adobe Photoshop to design the logo and Uberprints.com to upload and print the design. Check back soon for her design.

The organization she chose to donate to is called Pencils of Promise:
It’s turning into a week-long adventure in supporting education, but my former teacher heart isn’t going to argue with that!
The site focuses on giving all children access to education by building schools, supporting teachers, and raising money to support the schools and children.
If you’re feeling really ambitious, they encourage you to start your own campaign to raise money for the cause (future spring break project? 🙂
